Charitable

Every year we support a number of charitable organisations and actively encourage our staff to get involved. We support our staff in raising money for charity and match a substantial proportion of the funds that the individuals raise themselves.

We also have a Charity Committee which meets regularly to discuss and launch fundraising initiatives.

In the last three years we have undertaken an annual 110km cycle ride from Oriel College, Oxford to Oriel's offices in London and raised over £25k for our chosen charity the Blackfriars Settlement www.blackfriars-settlement.org.uk

Other charities that we have supported recently include Karibu, Help for Heroes, Movember, Centrepoint and Great Ormond Street Hospital.

Community involvement

We have recently become an associate partner to the SKILL! Programme 2012, a series of interactive workshops aimed at helping young people to develop key skills for the future to enhance their employability.  As part of the programme our employees have the opportunity to volunteer as a mentor to the students during the high-energy workshops.

Over the past year we have also hosted young people from City-based initiatives such as The Challenge Network and The Brokerage which are aimed at enhancing their knowledge of the City and their opportunities for employment.
